We will create partnerships with emerging partners and small fund managers who offer a local sourcing advantage, tenant relationships, and expertise to execute on value-add business plans.
POSITION PORTFOLIO
We aim to invest in a market where we can “roll-up” a portfolio of 10-20 assets in a sector that is difficult to access such as urban retail, last-mile logistics, parking, and self-storage.
SEASONED MANAGEMENT TEAM EXPERTISE
The management team invested over $3.0 billion of equity throughout their careers. Both David Boyle and Brad Beanblossom have created programmatic real estate investment strategies in the small-cap deal space with emerging and local partners throughout their careers. They will draw upon their extensive networks and experience to source investment opportunities.
